I am considering to upgrade to 8g 1600 ram instead of the stock 1333

I came across 3 options that have the best value for money and fast enough

    A-Data >> 9-9-9-24 1.35v 48$
    Newegg.com - ADATA XPG Gaming Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 204-Pin DDR3 SO-DIMM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Laptop Memory Model AXDS1600GC4G9-2

    CORSAIR Vengeance >> 9-9-9-24 1.5v 55$
    Newegg.ca - CORSAIR Vengeance 8GB (2 x 4GB) 204-Pin DDR3 SO-DIMM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Laptop Memory Model CMSX8GX3M2A1600C9

    G.SKILL >> 9-9-9-28 1.5v 50$
    Newegg.com - G.SKILL 8GB (2 x 4GB) 204-Pin DDR3 SO-DIMM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Laptop Memory Model F3-12800CL9D-8GBSK

now I am confused, as far as I've known from google low voltage ram uses less power and produces less heat (better than CORSAIR).. and with numbers (faster than the G.Skill)

but is it different for the alienware to run the ram 1.35v does it maintain the same performance of the 1.5v ram ? because if not I should go for the Corsair as it has the same numbers .. :)

The performance will be the same regardless of voltage IF the reported timings and mhz speeds are correct in the A-data. Lower the Voltage means higher quality ram, plus less heat so the lower voltage ram is generally more desirable

However, Of those 3, I'd go with the G.Skills just because i know 100% they will work and be trouble free. I've never tried A-data ram, so you can be the guinea pig, and I've also read that the Vengeance can be problematic
