So, my amd 6970m died.
What's the best card I can put in my laptop. I'm thinking the 7970m??
Anyone know where I can get one at a good price?![]()
How hard is this card to get to work?
I've been looking around an they seem to be about $400+ on ebay,
Do you think my laptop is worth spending this kinda money on?
Any advice greatly appreciated.

no don't get 7970m... if you've been following this thread, you'd know that there are lots of dead 7970m within these 2 recent months. including mine.

You'e better off looking at the 680M/780M... You can try your luck with the 7970M although the 8970M is probably the better option as it seems to be of higher quality then the 7970M...
