    m17x r3 front grill speaker on r1?

    Can i replace the front grill of my m17x r1 (the plastic piece that had the speaker grills) with M17x r3 or r4 ones? because i like the way they look so will they fit ? it looks like it would

    I don't think they are the same dimensions, plus they are integrated into the palm rest and I know the palm rest assemblies aren't compatible between the r1/r2 and the r3/r4. :(
