I'm looking through the manual and there's no mention of how many monitors can be attached. I'm hoping we can attach monitors through VGA, DVI (displayport>DVI cable), and HDMI for a total of 4 screens (including the internal monitor).

Can anyone confirm before I go crazy buying cables?

You should be able to do HDMI-Out and DVI out, nothing more than that though.

Ah well that's still perfect for having screens on the left and the right.

the Displayport can run multiple monitors if you do it right though. there is probably a spliter that you could buy to give you two dvi ports(each an independent screen), I know that displayport supports chaining (like firewire) for multiple displays as well.

you can hook up 3 monitors if you use an active DP adapter, i didn't know better so i bought a passive one to discover that by default, you can only have 2 displays, no matter internal or external

there's a video on youtube of a guy using 3 monitors with eyefinity thourhg HMDI, DP and VGA... with an active dp adapter, since the video card can only generate 2 clocks

daisy chaining sounds interesting, just googled it but im curious if thats cheaper than using active dp adapters
