You should be able to, but you will have to use modded INF drivers to install.

Hi there, did someone rub my lamp? (NO that's not a euphemism)- haha.

While it is true the 580m can be flashed to 675m, I saw a thread doing this a long time ago. The fact was though it did nothing for the card except report a 675m in the device manager. Going the other way should work but could end up bricking the card so I'd say look for the modified 675m vbios. I used this (WITHOUT OVERVOLTAGE) to match the fastest clock and the first throttle clocks (P0 and P1). Effectively stopping the card throttling under load.

Since these cards are the most unreliable cards I have ever had the misfortune to own I would say, if it's working then stick with stock clocks and just use the vbios with matched clocks. If you OC it there is a good chance it will fail and all sorts of weird stuff can happen :(.

In that link the vbios file is an overvolted one so do not use. The throttle fix nvidiainspector link will work BUT only the first batch file is at stock voltage so a 675m vbios is what you need.

I'll have a look for the one I used on my 675m...
