Every time i close the lid after powering off and open it again after couple hours there are wet marks on the lcd panel. It looks like couple kybd keys are wet and leave thin, wet lines on the screen. Marks are easily removable by cloth or they dry after a while. Do you have similar issue with your own systems? Is it some kind of failure and should i call to tech support to sort it out?

The issue you guys are experiencing are the keys of the keyboard touching your lcd when you close it. Those marks are caused from oil off your fingers. It is not defective as everyone has this in the m17x (including me). Best thing to do is put a soft cloth on the keyboard when you close the lid. I don't bother

The marks are normal, you can just do as SlickDude says and get some soft cloth or something between the kbrd and the screen.
