Buying a m17x within a few days. Is the dual 5870's worth the cost or not? Can't get a to expensive CPU and I'd rather spend the extra moneys on GPU maybe? Any suggestion to just leave all standard config except the GPU to get those duals, don't game to much FPS mostly RPG's and such and guess thats a big problem since most RPG's don't support CF if understood correctly?

agreed. You don't buy one of the few CF/SLI capable laptops in the world and then whimp out at the last second and buy a single GPU.

Get the RGB, and Get the Dual Graphics cards, everything else is secondary.

285's are old... if you're going to get nvidia it would be worth it to wait for a refresh.

Also I recommend the extended warranty if you can as it's cheaper than extending it afterwards

Crossfire and 1920x1200 rgb with 3 year CC? Sounds pretty good.

Make sure ask for a discount. A lot of people were able to get 20% off or so.

I got an extra year for no cost also, bumped me to the 4 year CC.
