I haven't been able to get the XMP profiles to work with my new R3 laptop. No matter how I play with the BIOS settings CPU-Z and AIDA64 both show that my memory is still running @ 1333Mhz. Is anyone able to run the Hyper X modules @ 1600Mhz with the A03 BIOS?

I'm not sure for the ram's health..but for memory info, you can use aida64 and do cache and memory benchmark..

AIDA64 still showed 1333 for me. Use the newest CPU-Z and check the Memory tab, it'll show the proper speed :)
