So, it started off being random it would happen for an hour then stop. Now i cant get it to stop, what is happening is the screen will go black...and originally it would come back up and the video drivers would say it had restarted or whatever as they stopped responding, now it wont even get that far it goes black and thats the END of it. The temp's are not high - ive repasted and watched the temps no issues with temp's I have reinstalled windows - still doing same thing I have tried different bios versions , I have even tried with nothing pluged into it - now if it lasts long enough for me to get into a game - it does not seem to do it, only within windows - it does not do it in safe mode either. I cannot seem to fix this issue and all the google in the world just says " Temps, drivers, ect" of which ive done all of them...ive tried also setting the driver setting in bios to not restart the driver then it just stays black...does anyone have ANY idea?? (oh all this time - video card is 560m)

Does the 560m have optimus? Maybe try using the latest beta drivers for the nvidia card and update the intel integrated graphics as well? They don't come in a single package like ati drivers.

Try using DELL drivers instead of nVidia's. If the issue persists you might need to replace the video card.

FYI .. it was iehighutil "virus" ..fyi if anyone does not know about that, hijacks your video card to mine bitcoins, also causes major driver crashing reports of frying video cards...so if anyone is having this issue look that up.
