Morning to all (well at least it's morning where I am)

Just wondering how many of you use your M17x for business.

I am a Financial Planner/Accountant who pretty much just travels from home > work > home (maybe the occasional interstate/overseas trip) and was wondering how easy the M17xR3 (Not the R2 as I have read it’s about 1kg-1.5kg heavier) is to carry around?

I was looking at the Orion Messenger 17” bag because a backpack would look funny walking into the office with I think, especially with a suit on – I don’t know, that’s just my opinion I guess.

Any issues with this? Or is it too big to carry back and forth each day?

P.S. Also looking at the Nebula Red 6970m option if that makes any difference in weight.

Weight should be about the same with whatever you configure (there is slight differences but its small). I have to Orion messenger bag also, really nice bag and good for carry-on for plane rides if your interested in that too. I'd definitely recommend it.

While the laptop isnt light by any means it isn't that bad to carry around in the bag (the shoulder strap is good too). The power brick is a lot lighter and smaller than the past models so unless your really small I don't think you'll have much trouble carrying it around (I don't).
