This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     My laptop is still under warranty, And I've been having problems with this laptop for a couple of months with freezing and horrible performance. I tried several different video drivers and even updated the bios. I just want a completely new replacement system from Alienware. Is there an email I can contact?
