    mafia 2 demo not work on steam
    anyone run that game on ati 2x4870? all other games work great

    after push play the game try install physx but only nvidia card supported. make me conf

    With all details on very high (and physx off) I get around 50 FPS average on their game benchmark. Min was 3 fps (I think that was the part when my hard drive was loading something) and max fps was 100.

    I finished the demo and deleted it in 15 mins. :p Btw, the game feels much much better than GTA.

    I have the PhysX software installed but I don't use it obviously since in that case it would be done on the CPU. With PhysX on max, the average FPS is around 17 or so. But it's unplayable. Maybe you need to have the PhysX software installed just to run the game. I think that is the case with some other games.
