It's working fine here. How you know it's not working?

I know mine is working by enabling "show crossfire status icon", and it shows during the game.

    Goto Catalyst Control Center

Click on Options, drop down to preferences

Then right click the ATI icon on task bar

Pick first GPU, Crossfirex settings, Show Crossfire Status Icon.

Chances are, you had it running with cross fire already. I'm still wondering how you were claiming the xfire wasn't on during the game.

There's no option to OC GPU's in the bios. Perhaps you should look into what your system is capable of by reading manual.

Most M17x owners OC for bench purposes, and I doubt there's huge improvement in game play so lower the settings a bit if you need to, and play on.

Metro 2033 is a very demanding game btw.

The most powerful laptop doesn't mean it will play every game at max settings x).
