This should be on the benchmarking thread but for the specs, and not being overclocked that sounds right. Im guess you ran 3d mark 11. Also, welcome to the forum.

Your Mark11 score is about right as said. Short of ripping out your cpu, dropping a 920 or 940xm in, tossing in a couple of SSD's , a few more gig's of ram, using throttlestop and alot of patience, you will NEVER get the kinda figures DR650SE has listed.

You just dont have a system capable (at the moment with your specs) of achieveing those figures. The xtreme cpu's simply blow the rest out the water when it comes to benching etc.....total beasts.

They are all different benchmarking programs with different standards. I also have my system overclocked when benching. 3Dmark 11 is new and the most demanding. Its specifically desongwd to test direct x 11 hardware.

I have crossfire 5870, i7 820qm, 8GB ram @ MHz and I get 3000-3500 with one GPU and 8000-9000 with crossfire (both GPUs) enabled...

But my GPUs are bad and dell is suppose to replace them...

Anyway, I didn't OC or anything and I wounder if that score (not over 20 fps in the GPU test and not above 12~14 in the second GPU test) is normal for my Alienware M17xR2's hardware

these are my benchmarks with only slight over clocks (in the sig)

you have to understand there are lots of different 3dmark benchmarks. 06, vantage, and now 11, are the most common.
