i originally bought a cert refurb system m17x r3 from the outlet for £1090 which i thought was a great buy. upon receiving it i found scratches on it and notified dell with pics of the dents and scratches in the screen.. they thensent me out a brand new retail replacement worth £2.4k   not only that but they threw on accidental damage and 2 years warranty for nothing.

its been such a trooper powering through games ive been on it daily and it eats through games with the 6990. then one day, i dropped the laptop. so i phone dell who are great in advising me, they have arranged a collection of the laptop in which, they will replace, the lcd screen, the cover containing the logo covering the screen, the media panel, the keyboard, the back panel, the whole casing around the touch pad, and if they find any damage to the internal components, they will send me a brand new replacement as a whole!

very happy. im looking to part with it oceit comes back for a m18x as ive just bought a 50 inch3dtv panasonic 50st30b. im looking to 3d game so will be looking at sli 580m or similar so will part with this. will this bump up ots resale value doyou think ? so far, dell have been spectacular.

The warranties are awesome, this is one of the few products where the longest most expensive warranty is almost guaranteed to pay for itself many times over.
