This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    new issues, shut down and webcam

    Don't really have much background, within the last few days my r3 seems to get stuck shutting down so I have to do it manually (hold the power button). During normal shut down it recycles at the windows 'shutting down' screen then reloads window with an error report, never shutting down properly.

    My other problem I just noticed a few minutes ago, I don't normally use my webcam but tried powering it on and it couldn't be found by webcam max. I haven't used it in months so I don't know when this problem started. Anyway, I checked to make sure it wasn't just disabled in hardware manager, and it doesn't even show up.

    Any fixes ninjas?
