    So I hear horror stories about DEll's customer service all the time, but I must say, I either was extremely blessed or idk! I ordered my m17x R3 custom, and got it in one week and one day!!! All thanks to an amazing customer service rep who has stayed in contact with me to update me, upgraded my shipping to next day free of charge with no hassle!!!

    So just wanted to say +1 for Dell!

    That song played in my head when I saw the name of the thread too lol. But glad to hear you got yours ahead of schedule and that Dell's customer service was good. Thats unfortunatly hard to come by in this day and age lol.
