    Hi,
    I'm after a bit of advice, My dvd drive is playing up a bit as in it only reads discs when it wants to?
    Has anybody had this problem or is my drive just given up the ghost?. When its not reading discs I can hear the drive spin up twice and then it just stops, When I double click the disk drive icon it says application not found or if I try right clicking and exploring the drive it says please insert disc?
    I have downloaded the lastest firmware for my drive from dells website but nothing changes?.
    Any help or advice would be really appreciated.
