    I live in India, and people say that the best way to order a alienware is through phone call.

    but calling an US sales representative from india would be stupid?

    what shall i do?

    Sorry, this is a really uneducated response, but do they sell these systems in India directly? I'd assume that going through the sales channel for your country would be best, to make sure you have warranty service and the like, but I don't know what's offered there.

    Dell in india are expensive.

    something that costs around 2000 for me is 2600.

    Gal, i don't know what to say except that if you want to buy from India, this is what you will pay. If you want, you can try ebay and see if you can find a deal. But i'd still call up a rep in India and talk to them and haggle a price
