    hey i got my laptop and i was just checking out the gpuz thing.. and it gave me this.. when i run games is the 2nd gpu not in use? and is the temp and fan speed normal??

    right click on the ATI tray Icon, hover over the first GPU, then hover over CrossfireX settings and select the "Show CrossfireX status icon"

    When you load up a game an ATI icon will appear in the top right corner if Crossfire is enabled.

    Also, did you have a game going in the background when you took these GPU-Z shots? if there is no 3D app going, the GPU's will downclock and cool off pretty damn quick.

    edit: also the GPU fan speeds will show up at 30% regardless of what they're spinning at. The real way to tell if they are working is if you can hear them kick up when the temps reach a certain point (its 70c for my 4870's)

    yea i think i had 2 games running at that time. but ill check again.. what do u mean by the ATI tray icon btw...?

    Just click on the graphics card tab on gpuz. It wil show there if both cards are enabled. Whether or not the game you are playing supports it is another story.

    hmm ty guys.. it says enabled but i dont have the catalyst in my tray icon.. is that a problem? @_@
