    Nope. You plug it into the hdmi-in slot, and your R3 becomes like a TV (after you hit Fn+F8). It works, but not with psjb cuz of "handshaking".

    I had to buy a hdmi cable since my PS3 did not come with it. Which is pretty cheap other than it's fine.


    I love the ability to play my PS3 with the laptop. The only thing I hate is trying to use PS3 controller for my PC. I gave up doing that.

    Via USB works with motionjoy. But yes, I've given up on wireless/bt also, mostly cuz I don't want to spend any more money on this computer.

    I used motionjoy before but it will cause a blue screen of death if you are try to connect the wired Xbox 360 controller on PC so it is impossible to fix without reformat, even boot into safe mode won't fix the problem.

    I will never use motionjoy again.

    That's really unfortunate. I use it with 2 PS3 controllers all the time, and no problems at all. I still really hate how bluetooth doesn't work with PS3 controllers though. I'm not sure why though.
