I used the driver from the below thread which is 13.1 and it installed perfectly. You can just install it right over the stock Dell driver and the switchable graphics still work fine. I recently did a fresh windows/drivers install when I installed my ssd and I had issues with Windows 8. I just stuck with Windows 7 for the time being even though before my ssd install I was using 13.1 and Windows 8 just fine.

Keep in mind that if you install the latest drivers from amd, you would loose the ability to adjust you screen brightness. The trick is to switch first to the onboard graphics and adjust the brightness to your desired value then switch to dedicated graphics.

I did not notice that, but just tried it and yes you cannot adjust the brightness while on the dedicated gpu. If you want to adjust you switch to integrated adjust then switch back. I always have mine on full brightness, so it does not really matter to me.

This is true. I think there was a workaround somewhere around the forum but I can't recall where it was.
