Hey guys, im looking into installing a SSD, this one specifically.

    NCIX.com - Buy Mushkin Chronos 120GB 2.5IN SATA3 Sandforce SF-2281 SSD Solid State Disk Flash Drive - Mushkin Enhanced - MKNSSDCR120GB - in Canada

It is capable of using sata III cables, but i dont know what cables are currently in my R3. My question is, are there sata III cables in an m17x R3, and if not is it possible to remove and replace these old cables with sataIII cables?
I'm just trying to make sure i get the most out of this SSD, and not screw up on my first try.
