I am planning to return for an upgrade from 460M to 6990m I have had my laptop for maybe like 1 month and -1 week.... so 30-36 days.... and I am hoping is it possible to turn it in to get an upgrade without some rediculous cost? and also I don't really have any of the original packaging, so how Would I send it in for a upgrade? or can I take it to a dell store? I think there is a dell store in jacksonville FL, which I am willing to drive to make this commitment its like 50 dollars in gas for me round trip...

Sorry but you are beyond Dell's return period. So basically you have two options:

    1) Sell it and reorder with the other card
    2) Try to find the card (Dell or where ever), and install it yourself
