    It will not boot bios, or even force power down by holding the power button. I've pulled the cmos battery and have taken out the ram. Placed the ram back in. Still no luck.

    Is the mother board dead?

    Do you have some flashing light on the left side of keyboard ? ( num lock / scroll lock / caps lock ) Depanding of those light you can get an error code.

    If you don't have any of those, try by using just one ram stick, both of them individually.

    im assuming the fans are spinning, but the screen stays off. have you tried connecting a different display on it?
