    r2 doesnt resume from sleep mode

    Ok so i just realized my r2 doesnt resume frome sleep. I just recently started using it on battery mode when i go to the university. Whenever it goes into sleep mode it wont wake up and i have to hard reset it. And then after that when i try to power it back on it doesnt work. The LED's turn on but thats it. the computer doesnt POST. I have to remove the battery and do a power drain then itll work. What can i do to fix this, it is very very annoying

    Have you flashed the latest VBIOs for your 5870M?

    Im pretty sure i have. but ill double check. ill let you know in a bit

    EDIT: strange i tried to run the vbios update, and it told me that it is only intended for the HD 5870 card. Which is wat i have. However i did use ati flash to overclock my cards a bit. Would this be causing the problem?

    so another issue related to sleep is the fact that my computer keeps falling asleep even though i have it set not to sleep. I'm not exactly sure when it sleeps but i think it falls asleep sometime after the battery is complete charging. but in my settings i have it set to not fall asleep when plugged in.
