just got my m17x last night and the media control keys aren't workinng at all. The volume, mute, eject, etc... nothing works on them at all. They light up and I can change the color etc. If someone can point me to the driver or a fix for this that would be great. I work on the road and would hate to have to send this back in. I downloaded 4 drivers from dell but I'm either getting the wrong ones or my pad is broken.

    thanks!

Your mute key should work without the drivers, IIRC.

You may have received a bad board...I can't recall if the media keys are part of the motherboard or not, you wouldn't think they are but hey =/
