No but it's a pretty standard setup, here's the basics of what you'd need to do:

-Upon boot make sure raid is setup in the bios, also make sure the Intel RST drivers are installed.
-Once you've verified that you should get an Intel screen even before the bios where you need to hit Ctrl+I, that will take you into the Intel Raid Setup screen.
-You need to "Create New Raid Volume", select Raid 0 and the factory settings other than that
-Reinstall Windows 7 along with all of the drivers

Keep in mind setting up Raid 0 wipes everything you have off of both drives, I would recommend creating a factory restore disk/usb with the Dell DataSafe program as well as downloading all of your drivers straight from the website not the disk included as there have been some major conflicts in the past especially with AlienFX by installing drivers older than the newest on the system.

Edit: Also if you're installing on SSD's depending on what SSD's you use you may need to take additional steps and if they are OCZ's you can forget RAID on the R3.
