Since it's fairly old, and the gpu is quite dated and it's a basic one, I wouldn't imagine it being worth any more than £500 max and that's in the UK. However the 3d display might add a little more value. Do you have any remaining warranty?

I'm not sure how much it would cost in India. Prices are probably completely different compared with over here.

i purchased it for 1.7 lakhs....so in other words there's no point in selling it.
why is the resale value so low? i was expecting a figure around 1 lakh rupees.

You should get 70 000 INR for sure... In the UK, its easy to get AW but no so in India.. I personally would say the best price overall you will get is 80 000...

Any particular reason you are selling? It can be upgraded to the latest cards.

You know why I mentioned the price because the market dynamics in these countries are that ppl.can fly in computers from the US, Singapore and what nots and undercut your asking by selling a new pc for close to your pricing.

1 lakh would be pushing it, are you planning to sell it privately or through a vendor? Privately you could push for 80-90k but a vendor mebe 70'ish, that is what I have been told to expect in markets such as these

I would agree that this laptop has upgrade potential than any other ultra portable workstation in the market. the hdd, RAM heck you could install a 880M and she'd serve you for a good 2 years easy, my 7970m with the 3740 with 32G is still cruising along with new gaming titles (and yes I game very occasionally too, but I enjoy an hour with watchdogs and other titles )

I'd say wait it out, get your self some tablet for portable work and use the R4 thoroughly and wait it out they are begin to streamline gaming laptops with cred already and in 2yrs you "might" have something in a near ultra book format rivalling the R4 with a 880m

I would recommend you to ask in the NBR Marketplace so you can get a better idea.
