sli cable where to buy

sorry that my english is not so good i have buy on ebay a gtx 260m card for my alienware .so can annybody tel me where i can buy a sli cable.an a fan

The SLI cable is built into one of the GTX 260m cards, you cant really just buy the cable to connect them... there is a left card and a right card... the right card usually has the built in SLI cable if im correct.

 

The SLi cable is not built-in on none of the cards.
It's because of the position of the heatsink the plug is a little hard to reach.

Plexter, the m17x SLi ribbon is pretty rare ,I suggest you camp eBay for one and/or post an ad in the NBR want to buy section.
And for anybody that want to go the same route I suggest you purchase the card with the SLi/CF ribbon and heatsink.

just an update I just got contacted dell.because i did not buy the video card by dell so they could not help me they sai its your own problem

No need for a new one everytime you have something to reply concerning the same topic.
There have also been a few people in the past that asked the same question and it takes a miracle to find it separate,without buying the kit( card,SLi ribbon,heatsink).

SLi cable m17x that guy sold his cards already and the buyers left positive feedback so i think it's the real deal.

That's great, what did you use to pay for it as i saw he didn't take paypal :s
but at the same time he sold most of his m17x old parts and got positive feedback.
tell us when it arrives.

 

here in the netherlend we have a kind of pay pall it calls western union you can send mony all around the world so he send his info and i have paid it

i hope it comes very soon to make my second gtx 260 to work thanks for all sharing and thinking

Western Union is almost everywhere but there's no protection and eBay strongly recomends that people should not use that paiement method for item purchased there.
