This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    so, it seems every time I NEED dell tech support, their system is down. this has happened on several occasions. as soon as their phone system will let me stay connected longer than 2 minutes, I have to tell them how displeased I am that I spent all this money for "the best support" yet I can never actually use it. I need the A03 bios windows installer, and can't find it anywhere. my laptop is useless on A04, and I'm hoping that's all that's wrong with it.
