    hi folks, are these still worth buying ? can get one of these immaculate condition but pretty old now and whats the going rate for one of these uk pounds ? owner wants £450

    Hm, it depends on what you are up to?

    If you want gaming with that, you have to spend additional bucks to Upgrade the graphic Card at least. In general you have to Upgrade everything to make good use of it.

    The R4 would be a better buy, Cause you could upgrade till GTX 980m.

    hi,so this is not worth it ? dont want to start upgrading this and spending more money on it to run latest games,im not really bothered about playing latest games i just need it to be quick enough surfing the net and watching youtube etc

    is it worth £450 ?

    That's about 530€! If you are mainly surfing the Web and doing Office stuff, then it would be okay-ish, if it is in really good shape.

    For the same price you would get a Clevo P1X0EM with better Hardware specs, but slightly inferior build quality.

    bought the alienware 15 r2 instead only a year old with gtx970 and 16gb ram 1tb hardrive,got it for a decent price i think £600 uk pounds and immaculate condition,could do with the ssd drive but dont know if this has room for both ? the other alien i looked at was immaculate aswell but 5 years old
