    the guy that helped me was very nice after a motherboard replacment didt fix my problem in my m17x R2 i am now getting a replacing computer this was by far the best team ive ever worked with from dell.

    1. the extension reach other teams as well including yellow, etc.
    2. Secondly people need the Your Tech Team warranty to use this service, which of course is extra pay in your warranty.
    3. They are extremely helpful and in EVERY call I am talking to a real person in less than one minute since dialing of the dell number. Quite amazing actually.
