    upgrading m17x R1 gpu

    So if I was choosing form these GPUs:

    5870mx2
    6970m
    6990m

    which ones would be the best bang for you buck kind of deal. Im not looking to spend over like $600-700. Also, can you put dual 6970m and 6990m's? People say you probably can but is it guaranteed that you can? Has anyone tried it yet? I know that the 5870m's work for sure though.

    Only 5870's have been put in successfully so far.

    No one has tried the 6900 series in the R1 that Im aware of.
