    My buddy has a m17x r3 3d model and has a vertical line on the screen. Anybody see this before? Will post a picture soon.

    If it's there during boot up it may well be a hard-line issue (entire vertical line stuck on), and the panel will need to be replaced.

    Had this happen to my LG monitor as well, thank gawd for 3 year perfect panel replacement policies :)

    Probably an LCD issue. Call up dell and ask for a replacement.

    Your LCD panel is faulty. I had the vertical line on the exact same spot it's juz tat mine was blue lol.

    Shutdown your computer. Then switch it back on by pressing power button once and hold "D". It will perform a display test and if you still see the line then call Dell and ask for replacement immediately!
