    i hate dell
    i hate alienware ....
    i bought my laptop on internet it arrived to me on usa then i went to live to mexico to work there
    after my waranty expired my laptop start to fail so i renew my waranty
    then the the went to my house and change motherboard , ram, hd, etc
    4 times and my problema persists
    so i said i wanna a laptop replacement so they said we need to change u to mexico address
    so i change all the things they ask me after 3 weeks they contact me and ssaid that they dont have this laptop
    in mexico so they cant replace it i have been around chats and phone calls over 2 months and
    they have do nothing
    they dont know what to change and how to repair my lap
    i demaned a replacement and a upgrade for all the wasted time
    they said i cant do anything cause ur laptop is not for sale on MEXICO
    really they waranty system sucks and they laptop sucks

    i lived alone so i dont have family over there!!
    now im back to mexico
    but i dont understand why is so different the service in latin america
    its the same company ! diferent rules stupid service
    sorry im mad :mad:

    only had brilliant service here in the US. Could just be that the support people that are available down there aren't as knowledgeable as the american techs? Not sure why they would need to swap out your RAM, HD and everything all at the same time. That stuff doesn't almost never "fails" at the same time. :rolleyes:

    well the new guy told me that he gonna replace my processor and i told him to replace the gpu too
    they said that he gonna order the pieces that will take 15 days or more but i dont know what they gonna send cause
    they dont sell my gpu in LATIN AMERICA so i have to wait another 15 more i think my laptop will be ready in 1 month if they send me older pieces or the same pieces i will sell it and build a custom pc lets hope they send newer replacement
