Hi, my laptop (M17xR4 2012 with AMD HD Radeon 7970m) suddenly did something very weird for the hdmi out.

I usually hook up the three outputs (mini DP, hdmi, and VGA) to 3 different monitors for my home setup. but all of a sudden the hdmi output doesn't work anymore. I tried restarting, I tried going to the intel adapter and back to the AMD one. Tried updating the display driver... everything. but nothing so far. it doesn't even detect that I hooked something. I tried different orientation (When you hook cable first, then turn on monitor, or turn monitor first...etc). I tried hooking it to my TV (42" Samsung series 5) nothing.

then I decided to try it on my sister's TV. a small 32" LG TV. then boom, worked like a charm ,everything detected everything working!!!!

I tried all orientations, everything works. I figured it must be the cable or something. I took the cable to my monitor and TV but it doesn't work there! I have no idea what's the difference that could be between the three screens (my monitor, my TV and my sister's TV) that makes the laptop only sees one of them. and for the past year I've watched movies on my TV and worked on my monitor and even took it to my sister's TV before to watch movies and it didn't even had a hiccup.

all monitors are 1920X1080 60p. everything used to work before. I tried all hdmi inputs in all the tvs. nothing works but my sister's.
I even tried to hook an old SSD that hused to be in the laptop because maybe a new display driver had something to do with it. still the same.

TL;DR my AW M17XR4 decided to hate all of my monitors and love my sister's ****ty old 32" TV and won't even say why!
