    I simply use System Information for Windows (siw), I don't have crossfire but I don't see why it wouldn't work. It monitors the temperatures of all your hardware components btw (and does much more like for example, see how far your battery has deteriorated).

    HWiNFO32 Download

    You simply run it and then click on the Sensors button.
