Are you talking about your main BIOS? VBIOS? Generally when you download a BIOS updater at the Dell support site, it is a complete flashing program that has on-screen prompts, or in the case of a video BIOS may require you to burn an iso disk image onto a disk for booting. You would boot the system from the disk or flash memory you made.

On the support site, once you have you system info entered, there is a tab right there for downloading a main BIOS update. Under the 'video' category you will find any update for your video card.

Is that what you were needing?
