What's the diff? Also, are these re-applicable (peel off and stick back on), or are they permanent?

I can't tell you for sure Dookie, but I would assume that they are re-applicable. The difference between the two I linked are one is for the 3D screen and the other is for the Non 3D screen.

Most of the Anti Glare protectors you lose a decent amount of clarity from the screen and whites have a rainbow diamond looking effect .

For $40 bones i would like to see a few reviews before taking the plunge.

Not bad though if you take your machine everywhere and are concerned about damaging the screen.

I handle my machine with great care but if they made a Crystal clear one i would be mighty tempted .

Also putting on a 17inch screen protector will be abit of a challenge thats for sure .

LOL, just checked their reviews tab, the reviews are from like 10-15 years ago. MS Money 2000, Monster Diamond 3D card. Wow.

LMAO! But those protectors can't be that old so, looks like someone is going to have to take the plunge to see.

I took the plunge on the provantage one, antiglare screen protector for the non 3D.

I attached some pics showing the package where it came, also how much clearance (less than 1mm) left from the edge of the protector to the screen, the package contents (comes with a microfiber cloth and a dust grabber plastic; which is basically a big adhesive tape to protect and pick up dust or particles before you put the screen protector) etc.
Like you guys know it was kind of overpriced 39.95 + Shipping, in my opinion it's worth it, it's definitely a good quality product personally I didn't really care about the antiglare as long as it protected the screen you know what I mean, they have a youtube video with instructions, followed them and it came out nice, no bubbles!
