where to buy AN AW17 ranger 3d/120hz screen

Hey guys, I am hving a really hard time finding a 120hz/3d screen panel for my AW17 ranger. Ironically I found an the edp cable on ebay for $50(US seller!) but i can't find the screen.. it seems to be discontinued but i am upgrading to a 1070 and im going 120hz all out! Lol Does any one have an suggestions or where I can find a place that actually has them in stock? Iiu looked and contacted all the obvious websites and place. hmmmm... maybe eurocom may have one? I'll check back with that and let you guys know. In the mean time anyone know anybody or any legit places to buy from that has these panels in stock? I know I do not have enough post in the forum for use the market place... maybe so one can help me? I'm hoping to find seller in the US And if need by Canada so it is not to far away for shipping.

Damn ! I had the ebay bookmarked for these but unfortunately they are out of stock. Seems like they updated in Jan this year. Even I wanted to do this upgrade but only when I got hands on a Pascal GPU or any other without modding and has proper MXM3.0b like 980M/P5000. Because I already have a lot of luggage and while traveling this part might get shattered so I stayed back...

Salvaging from this M17x R4 frame seems to be a tough job as well.

Buying from Dell is $200+, Have to check whether they have it or not, that's 100+ extra. GN36T,
LTN173HT02-D02 are out of stock at laptopscreens, Parts-people, Waresphere damn everywhere. It wasn't the case when I checked in December.

Edit : Dell also doesn't have it. But the rep said that they might restock it - happens weekly, the same thing happened with the eDP cable it was out of stock for long time but later they were in stock, can't say same for the panel but we can hope for the best...

Even the 4930MX is rare nowadays, I think this laptop has enjoyed it's time and now parts are becoming scarce it will be hard to keep up longer..Shame that Alienware doesn't have a proper successor to this line. Everything went BGA and stupid HS issues and what not.

But yeah I will try to max it's life with the CPU and GPU+LCD final upgrades..

I am really sorry for the late response. My Job hours have been hectic! I found panel the panel on ebay. So it seems to find it You have to keep trying different search terms that is why is so hard to find and the fact this machine is godly so parts are rare and etc. As i did buy panel as a seperate but I did however message an ebay seller that had his listing as full assembly he was not able to determine the panel part number though but the screen was glossy and the video cable had 2 screws. ill send the ebay link when he puts it back up asap
