The Notepal U3 on the cheap side or a NZXT Cryo LX.
With the Notepal fans can be positioned wherever on the surface as for the NZXT no customization is needed, it fits perfectly the M17x and the M17x R2 but also pricey.
    Both perform well.

Currently using Cooler Master U3, reasonably good for its price.
From my observation this cooler can reduce the temperature of my M17x by 5-6 degree celcius. :)

thanks for the input. I really the designs of the other 2 coolers i posted but it seems that the u3 is the best way to go, since i can move the fans around. so the u3 will perform better than the other 2 i listed?

From what I have seen across the forum, most people are satisfied with their U3. I think it will perform equal or better to the Thermaltake Massive23.

If you want optimum cooling Coolermaster SF-19 is the way to go.

the sf-19 looks very impressive however i do not want to dish out the 70 or so dollars for it. maybe its 90 i forgot hahaha.
    well i've narrowed it down.
I want this one due to design
    Newegg.com - Thermaltake Massive23 LX Notebook Cooler Model CLN0015
this is the lx model of the massive 23
but is the u3 still better? i really want something cool looking haha.

I would say the difference is not noticeable if any at all.

I have a Zalman nc-2000 and a SF-19. Even the difference between those 2 is only 1-2c during max load.

@OP you'll want a 3 fan cooler ;) (1 for each GPU and one for the system fan/CPU)
