Hi,
From the first day of using my M17X I've had issues with pop-up windows not having borders. It doesn't matter if I use Google Chrome or IE. I can't "move the window" or even close it because the window frame is missing.
what gives?

Am I the only one using the Alien skin? Pop-up windows can only be closed using the task bar. I can't move them. Anyone else with this issue?

Try uninstalling it and see again.
I haven't seen such a phenomenon so far, so you must have something enabled that is causing this in windows if it applies to both IE and Chrome. Try it with Firefox aswell.
There is also a possibility it is programmed like that into the website, is that a specific site or something you visit? Are all the pop-ups like that on any site or also in windows some windows (hehe)?
PS: I'm tipping on either the skin or the site you are visiting is like that, Cheers.
Edit: A screenshot would help us aswell -
If it is a system pop-up, if I right click on my speaker icon and open the record window I get a frame on the window.
If I use ANY site, dell in this example, and try to share something on facebook I get the pop-up window without a frame.

So I picked another skin and blue screened then rebooted and now my pop-up windows work. Yea, but... I lost the cool Alienware skin on the browser windows. The system windows all still have the cool border minus the round "x" in the upper right. Can't seem to figure out how to make Chrome or IE use the Alienware border.
Any ideas? -
