Got a solution for you :) download this (select the 64 bit one)

Put that on a flash drive and keep the flash drive inserted in the PC. Boot into the windows clean install. When it reaches the stage where it asks where to install Windows 7 and it shows hard disks / partitions click the hard disk you wanna install windows on, format it (make sure you do this first and only once or you will have to restart the PC and re run the installer) then click load driver. Select the flash drive and select the RAID driver. It will take a few minutes to install. When its done install windows to that partition and keep installing as normal!! Make sure you keep that software in a handy place for next time you wanna clean install! glad I could help you

*EDIT* You can do brabostaans thing if you want to, but if you want to keep all the system settings and not mess around in the BIOS do what I say
