    gotta say im still rocking my r1 and just upgraded it again with the new 750 gb ssd hybrid!.. boots up in 9-11 secs... just wow.. wow.. i really want a new one but cant quite justify the purchase my dual 260m gtxs are still rocking it out with most games.. granted you do need to be a bit of a IT guy to own one of these beast.. but all performance machines need a little tweak now and then..
    its always funny to hear .. "man i paid 2500 and it dont work right"... and i wanna give a shout out for this forum and katalin_2003!! thanks for all the help and assistance!

    Im with you... I love my r1. I flashed my 280's to 285's, I added an additional 500gb drive, My favorite upgrade is the qx9300 i picked up from StarMicro for cheap... which i would not have been able to do without this forum and all the excellent help you can get here.

    How on earth do you get it to boot in 9 seconds? Would love to know.

    Fastest i achieved is 17.

    How did you get a 9 second boot? I have a Crucial M4 and the fastest I've ever gotten is 12.9 second? Would love to know what you did to obtain those speeds.
