not sure if i need to update my profiles? using 353 J95 PEG drivers...anyone else having an issue like this? clocks are P1/P2 matched

edit: updated profiles to the latest J95 provided and seems to have possibly fixed the problem, running in borderless window now also bc vsync seems to be bugged in full screen mode

still having occasional drops to ~750mhz...this is one of the few games that has issues w 980m for me

restarting the game fixes the issue

im wondering if it is temperature related....gpu stays at 85C during gameplay bc the game maxes out the 980m almost 100% of the time

p.p.s.: for anyone that HASNT played Dying Light, its a pretty awesome game and i highly recommend it...the newest DLC just came out also....its a gorgeous game and maxes out the 980m easily

vsync in this game is CANCER, it caps the fps to half the refresh rate with slight fps drops . i tried to fix it with 3doverrider , nvidia control panel but no joy , i opted to turn it off in game and turn adaptive vsync in nvidia control panel on

ill play the game some more with the new vbios and drivers i just installed yesterday to see if there is a difference

well yes you can't tell the difference between borderless fullscreen and real fullscreen...many games use borderless which is a pain because i have to switch desktop res to 1920x1080 before launching the game...there's another app for that

dying light vsync implementation really is screwed that was the only way i found around it because otherwise the screen tearing is awful

fyi just tested dying light with the latest nvidia drivers and it seems they fixed it , turned off vsync in game and went to nvidia control panel to turn vsync and triple buffering on and is working like a charm, i havent even bothered to try in game vsync to see if tech land fixed it via game menu though
