Got my 1202 in the mail and promptly installed it. I thought something was wrong once i hit windows because i didnt see it load any drivers. But there must be drivers for it in the killer software be ause it was working. I went to killer website and got the latest software and uninstall the dell and loaded up the new one and its working fantastic i must say. In the end getting the top cover off was pretty simple so its a relatively easy upgrade.

So I left the computer for a few hours and came back to find the wifi had quit. Took a reboot to get it going again. I went to the cards property in device manager and unchecked allow computer to turn off this device and left it again for a few hours and its good so far. Perhaps thats all that was wrong with the last card as it acted similar.

1202 is usually a pretty solid card, can't say the same for the 1103..

Nothing will beat an Intel 6300 in terms of reliability.

I had a 6300 until I broke off one of the antenna buttons. Actually I thought the Killer would have some really cool software, so I am a bit disapointed with that. Otherwise since I disabled the power thingy in the device manager its been working perfectly. Funny because I have it set to high performance.

I have a Intel 6300 in my Qosmio laptop. Kinda forgot about it. Its worked flawlessly ever since I put it in. If I am having wireless issues I never think its my laptop, but a router or modem issue or the internet is down. Yes the 6300 is a rockin card.
