Hey guys just seeing if anyone else has this problem. I bought an alienware 18 and set it up with 980ms in sli. Well my text is blurry. Gaming performance is perfect but my desktop text and icons are a bit blurry. This happened when i went to 8.1 on my m18xr2 and had 980ms in sli. Ive adjusted icon size and text size but its still blurry and i do not suspect a screen issue as it runs perfectly fine. Resolution is 1920x1080 just in case anyone asks. I suspect its an issue with sli as the same windows 8.1 install runs perfect on my aw17 with a single 980m. Just seeing if anyone has run into this and if they were able to solve it. If i do manage to solve it ill post it on here. Thanks all

    Specs are
    Alienware 18 windows 8.1
    4930mx
    980m sli prema vbios
    16gb 2133mhz ram
    1tb msata
    2x2tb hhds

sure! easy fix. right click on the desktop, choose "pesonalize". in the window that will open in the left bottom corner select "Display".
then check the "let me choose one scaling level for all my displays" box and selet your prefered text size. click "apply"

then sign out and sing in again

^ That's exactly what I did to address the issue.

On a side note, this isn't an issue with windows 10. Text scaling etc is all A'OK.
