    Hi,

I am asking myself if I should upgrade to windows 10 or not.
I am using windows 7 right now.
About drivers, on the dell page, there is only drivers for windows 7 and 8.1. Can I still upgrade to windows 10 without them?

    Thanks,
    Joce

Running it right now. Works just fine. Win 8.1 drivers install just fine if you need to install

I upgraded from Windows 8.1 so my best guess is that all the drivers for 8.1 and 8 works. I haven't needed to install any driver, OSD and Command Center works.

Maybe you should wait. Some people are reporting that either the new OS Win10, or its new Nvidia driver has caused their R2 display panel to stop working. Most notably Mr. Fox, was a victim of this, and he has started a thread and the thread is expanding quickly.

Windows 10 seems to be killing LCD's in AW18's r2's and well anything with NVidia cards it seems (laptop wise)... Don't be a beta tester for M$ and pay the price.

The upgrade worked like a charm for me, all needed drivers got installed automatically and all applications and games work flawlessly so far. I've been running since July 29th 2015 and have had no problems to report so far. Hopefully it'll remain this way.
I've been running my system in UEFI mode, by the way, with Legacy option ROMs disabled in the BIOS.

The latest Windows 10 drivers (15.7.1) from AMD's site work fine with my 7970s as well.

Glad the 7970M crew didn't get shafted by Windows 10/drivers, but I will be playing it safe and staying on Windows 7. Condolences to all those that suffered dead video panels from what looks like a bug from a half-baked product. Very strange to see M18x/AW18 users with nvidia cards suddenly end up with dead panels.

Mr. Fox (and others), you may want to have a word with svl7 or prema about potential EEPROM corruption.

It seems to be the last nvidia driver. I have been using it without any issue too and I have a 780m
