Hi guys, would like to know whats the best control panel settings for the above mentioned gpu.

I'm getting 100-120 (Not stable) fps in-game but game play seems a little meh (Character seems shaky). With vsync on, game play seems smoother. (Character moves smoothly but occasionally screen lagged for like 0.01 seconds) So whats the best solution for me? fps limitation or vsync? If vsync, what type of vsync? I have to enable in-game vsync too?

Do share with me the best nvidia control panel setting that you can think of. eg SLI rendering mode etc.

Thank you and please help a noob out.

I do not use VSync at all, because of G-Sync monitor, but I suggest you to try limit fps to 60-62 fps and turn on VSync in the game.

Won't vsync over ride the fps limitation if i turn vsync on?

No, driver limiting fps output, VSync limits already outputted frames.
